A failure is a starting point for asking better questions about the design, the assumptions and the test.
02Can we manufacture it more simply?+
I’m interested in the route from a clever geometry to a repeatable process.
03What does the simulation miss?+
The physical build is where the model meets assembly, interfaces and workshop constraints.
04Can I prototype this first?+
A quick physical model can make the next design decision much clearer.
03 / PEOPLE, IDEAS & INITIATIVE
Engineering isn’t the only thing I build.
CONQUEST / STARTUP ACCELERATOR
Connecting people. Moving ideas forward.
Head of Mentor Relations
Working inside a startup accelerator taught me a different kind of systems problem: connecting founders, mentors and expertise quickly enough to move companies forward.
I worked with founders, investors and executives, developing coordination and mentor-matching workflows to support the accelerator.
FOUNDERHUB / RMIT ACTIVATOR
People’s Choice Award.
Best Startup · Selected by audience vote
A moment from the entrepreneurial side of my work: communicating an idea and connecting it with the people in the room.

05 / ABOUT PRATHAM
A curious mind. Hands-on by default.
I’m a Mechanical Engineering student completing my degree across BITS Pilani and RMIT University in Melbourne.
I gravitate toward work where mechanical design leaves the screen: robotics, manufacturing, aerospace structures, prototyping and testing.
Long term, I want to understand how great engineering organisations turn early prototypes into products that can be manufactured, deployed and trusted in the real world.
